Reading books is one of my several hobbies. Even if lately I didn’t have the time to read as much as before. In fact, the school and my other occupations have monopolized my time. The next book that I will like to read is a book with an historical subject. An autobiography or an expert investigation. I will explain further what are my favorite books and movies.
Favourit Book and Movie
My favorite book is the Goerge Orwell’s Tale : Animal Farm. First of all, the subject of the book is important. The book was released to criticize governments at the time of the cold war. The story is well written. People attach easily to the characters. I particularly appreciate the descriptions of the English countryside. Goerge Orwell shows the farmer’s work.
Every detail is in the book : the farm-building architecture, the farming methods. At one moment I felt like if I was reading a farmer tutorial. When I read the book, it was like if a saw a documentary about English countryside. The negative point I find to this book, is the ending. It is like if the author didn’t know how to finish the story. At the end the narrative genre is less worked.
My favorite movie is : The adventures of pinochio. I remember when I was little I used to watch this movie every day. I watched it in his original version. I think I watched it at least 50 times. And I was never bored. They are a lot of Pinocchio movies versions, but for me the best is the movie of 1972.
This movie is a legend of cinema. In fact, the budget wasn’t consequent and most of the actors of this film weren’t professionals. The movie maker chosed to make the movie in an Italian village. He enrolled locals. This is one of the movie particularities. I like the atmosphere of this movie.
